Rev. 19:6-9 (ESV)
Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the roar of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, crying out,
"Hallelujah!
For the Lord our God
the Almighty reigns.
[7] Let us rejoice and exult
and give him the glory,
for the marriage of the Lamb has come,
and his Bride has made herself ready;
[8] it was granted her to clothe herself
with fine linen, bright and pure"—
for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
[9] And the angel said to me, "Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb." And he said to me, "These are the true words of God."
Blessed are those invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb. And of course that is you and I, for Christ died that we would be invited to His supper, as his bride, members of his church, the bride of Christ (Ephesians 5). We are blessed to partake in this feast that goes forever. And the rejoicing will be like that of Thunder. Amen.

Thanks for your studies. I love this section. IMHO, in all the Antilegomena, the Rvelation stands alone in not only presenting the gospel along side the law, but doing so very clearly as it does right here. (Okay, maybe a few verses of 2 Peter, but you really gotta look hard)
I know you've written some skeptical notes about the Antilegomena, and about James in particular, but I would keep them all, if for no other reason than just to get the gospel that comes out so clearly in the Revelation.
It's a shame so many "prophesy scholars" go looking through the Revelation trying to find the 6:00 news stuck between the passages that they miss the forest for the trees in this great book.
Thanks for sharing your morning devotions with us.
Scottydog,
My basic stance on the antilegomena is that it is what it is and can't be changed. I don't know that I would throw them out, though I greatly sympathize with Luther on James.
Tell you the truth I can't wait to be done with Revelation, and move on to Matthew. But struggling with Revelation has been good for me. I too think that Revelation is the better of the antilegomena for proclaiming the gospel.
