Mosiah 26:21-22
“And he that will hear my voice shall be my sheep; and him shall ye receive into the church and him will I also receive. For behold this is my church; whosoever is baptized shall be baptized unto repentance and whomsoever ye receive shall believe in my name, and him will I freely forgive.”
Anything seem backwards here? Why do I have to join a church before I am received by Christ? why is Christ’s free forgiveness dependant on my joining this earthly institution? This is one place though where the Mormons do believe this book. If you don’t join there church, then there is no way you can attain the highest heaven.
