As many of you know I try to have something new come up every day on this blog. Unfortunately, I have failed in that the last two days. I will try to get something up tomorrow morning some time and resume the Blog Schedule that I have set for myself.
I had John a cherished extra two days and am just now getting back to all the work that has piled up on my desk since I left my office almost a month ago now. When John is here I cut my work load drastically. I try to plan ahead and have sermons bulletins and blog posts covered for the time that he is here. Then I preach and do whatever absolutely needs to be done, but try not to bore him at the office much.
We have had fun. I bought a new Jeep while he was here, well new to me, a 99 Jeep Sahara. This will do John and I much better for the rock hounding trips to the west desert where the Vue broke down, and finally died. It will also serve me better in some of my other hobbies, like hunting. It has been a good but exhausting three weeks. Looking forward to getting a schedule back together.
I will catch up on my New Testament posts, and resume blogging on the Book of Mormon shortly, as well as doing some theological commentary here and there. Things are getting hectic though. I am now circuit Counselor for Utah, and there are plenty of duties there. I also am in the process of editing "The Knights of Rhodes." and fitting it for publication with Wipf and Stock Publishing. Like I said, busy, but who needs sleep?
